- Abstract
- The model for austenite to ferrite transformation has been successfully optimised for applications in low cooling rate conditions using evolutionary optimisation technique Genetic Algorithms. The method for determining coefficients for transformation equations guarantees reasonable fit of experimental data and can be used to predict phase fraction.
