- Abstract
- This article reports new predistorters using mixing operation. For compensate the memory effect of the power amplifier, the lower and upper third-order intermodulation components in the PD are controlled independently. From the measured results for a two-tone signal with 20-MHz tone spacing, the significant IM.3 cancellation over 40 dB is achieved over a whole output power range. (c) 2007 Wiley Periodicals. Inc.
