- Abstract
- Interaction chromatography using solvent gradient elution is an effective method for the characterization of the molecular weight distribution of synthetic materials. An alternative approach described in this paper is the use of a temperature gradient. The temperature of the column is varied in a programmed manner during elution providing superior resolution that is achieved by size exclusion chromatography.
