Abstract
This thesis presents a low-power bandgap reference voltage generator which sums proportional to absolute temperature voltage (PTAT) and complementary to absolute temperature voltage (CTAT) by clock generator with frequency 1000 Hz. Because, we use clock double voltage in clock generator, two-diode PTAT generation and 2x charge pump cell in CTAT circuit in the BGR circuit. So, this circuit only need minimize voltage supply 500 mV. Current source is also designed at sub-threshold region, so current source in this circuit is a few nA. The BGR is designed in process technology 180μm, with power consumption only 4.4 nW, temperature coefficient 82 ppm/°C, temperature range from -30°C to 130°C and voltage reference output is 393.3mV.
