Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the problem of delay-dependent robust controller design for uncertain systems, with constant delays both in state and control input. Using neutral model transformation techniques, we propose robust controllers which guarantee that the closed loop system is asymptotically stable or asymptotically stable with an H-infinity-norm bound gamma. The stability criteria are derived in terms of LMIs that can be easily solved by various effective optimization algorithms. Examples illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
