The proposed converter can obtain nearly unity power factor with large range
of zero-switching switch. The efficiency of whole system is expected to be
higher compared to same full-bridge topology due to less conduction and
switching losses on power devices. The cost-effectiveness and small size are
main advantages of this propounded converter. Simulation and experimental
results supporting the proposed scheme are presented.
